What is vacation ownership?
Vacation ownership is an arrangement under which contract purchaser receives an interest in real estate and/or right to use an accommodation and amenities for a specified period and on a recurring basis.

What is the difference between OVC membership and traditional timeshare?
In traditional timeshare, the purchaser buys a unit in specific week, most of time fixed and is entitled only to use the accommodation or amenities. This is not offering great flexibility as the vacationer has to provide the food and all the day-to-day tasks as if he were at home.

At the Club, we want our members to relax and be occupied solely with their vacation related activities while we are taking care of all the little things.

Occidental full service resorts allow our members to enjoy great variety in food and entertainment while providing them with special attention of our club concierge who will make sure their stay will be a memorable one. Our unmatched flexibility allows our members to have as much additional use as they want, plus, depending on the accommodation owned, they may split the unit for separated use, and for the last, our members may use our entire portfolio of properties and not just a specific resort.

What is the difference in terms of service between the regular hotel guest and OVC member?
As regular guest, you are expecting to receive fine treatment but still, no matter where you stay it probably might lack warmth and "a little" extra touch.

As club member you are part of the family.
